A total of 100 food parcels were distributed in a very low income area called Welbedacht. The community comprises mainly of underprivileged families. Most of these families reside in tin homes or shacks.

The groceries where purchased at Makro and packed by WWOL.  The parcels where made up and distributed in this dilapidated area where the roads are gravel and the homes are made with metal sheets and wood.  It was quiet disturbing to see that people live in these conditions. It was very upsetting to see the aged and children exposed to this environment.
